1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
 

2. Process for Returns

• To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Items must be securely packaged and returned to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
 

3. Refund Processing

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
